19-year-old Muscovite Roman, having believed a strange announcement on the pavement, suddenly becomes a vampire – a representative of the race of secret rulers of the world. The guy gets the name Rama The Second, a large apartment in the city center and a life that yesterday’s loader could not even dream of. But most importantly, he gains knowledge and power inaccessible to people, with which he must learn to live.
